I pretty much finished my Wilder Gown (at last) last night - and I don’t like it 
I’m wondering if I can put some shirring in above the top tier to bring it in and make it more ‘me’ but also still comfy. It’s a light viscose.
Due to a move it’s been half finished for a long time (sewing is not a tidy hobby so I had to put it away for ages until we sold in case of viewings) so it’s so disappointing to find I don’t like it.
I wouldn’t make the pattern again - I find the fact you lift your arms and the whole dress comes up a bit weird - but I’d like to salvage this one if possible.
Or do I just accept defeat and donate/disassemble?
