I left my phone downstairs and this morning on the web version on my fire tablet it would not let me filter as said not subscribed - now downstairs and on phone everything ok
What do I do to fix?
I get this on rare occasions on my laptop .
Often it sorts itself out momentarily after a couple of seconds (or I log out + back in again and it’s fine).
Can you go to the subscribe page and click on “restore purchase” at the bottom?
If that fails then I’ve copied @TheWizard’s Facebook post (Redirecting...) from 20th Nov 2024 about a similar issue…

Update 2: I’ve located the root cause and will have an update out ASAP.
Update 1: Logging out and in is only a temporary fixHi @everyone. The new update seems to have un-synced some people’s subscription status. If you were previously subscribed to Stash Hub Plus but the app doesn’t think you are, please log out and then back in and that should sort it out.
If not, please email hello@stashhubapp.com with your userId (found below the logout button) and I can investigate further.
