Hey guys,
I am having trouble loading line drawings to the magic mock up on the app.
I didn’t have any issues with it before when accessed via the website. Any ideas? 
Does it happen if you try again? If it does, could you try a different line drawing.
Not sure whether this will help but have you updated to the latest version 1.40.2?

Yes, well I assume so as Zi had literally updated 5 minutes before trying it.
So I tried it with a different pattern and it was fine. I really wanted to do a mock up of the luella, maybe I will try again. Thanks Doug

So out of the 5 different patterns I tried only one worked. The others all had the error code.
I just tried Magic Input of Tilly and The Buttons Luella (assuming there isn’t another Luella pattern you were looking at), dragging the line drawing into the line drawing section.
I then opened Magic Input and asked for pattern from record, cropped to be view of the skirt - all successful.
For the fun of it, I also used the uncropped pattern pic with the 4 drawings - one was filled in by Magic Input.
It might be worth trying to either recreate the pattern record.
Would you mind sharing the pictures you’re using?

Yes the new Luella skirt was the pattern in question.
I am using my phone and am not tech savvy, so no idea if dragging images is possible.
I have literally tried with all line drawings I have on stash hub and only the Billie jumper dress worked, so I’m doing something wrong somewhere.

Could you send a screenshot of your Pattern record for that pattern?
I downloaded one of your images and it worked so it must be something other than the image that’s the issue.

It is no doubt something I am doing as I am not tech savvy.
I’m including the marnie too as that didnt Work either.
They both look fine.
It’s got me baffled so I’ll think about it and hope that Doug can come up with something

Maybe it’s the fabric picture not the line drawing that’s the issue.
It’s working fine for me.
Please make sure you’re not cropping the edges anywhere. In the 2nd image of the Marnie Blouse the left is cropped off.
I still haven’t managed to get them to work. No idea why

Kelly, I’ve had an issue before like this with a fabric. Have you tried deleting the pattern and re-entering it? Might be worth a try x
