I’m having trouble with Magic Input for patterns. I’m wondering if it’s my device or if something is up?
A couple of days ago when using Magic Input it would load a pattern and show all the pictures to choose from but then there was no button to hit “submit”. So I had to back out and download all the pictures manually and add them myself.
But today it won’t recognise any website url as a valid address. I bought some patterns in the Closet Core sale and it didn’t like any of them. I tried another pattern company to test it (French Navy) and it didn’t like that site either.
Any tips? I checked and my app says it’s updated. TIA
This won’t necessarily help you butI also have problems with the line drawings in magic mock up. It seems if the image isn’t on a white background & really clear then when I add the fabric it goes over the edges of the drawing. Sew Over It patterns are great for the mock up. Taking pictures of the line drawings on the big 4 patterns doesn’t work either.
The same thing is happening to me. I have tried URLs from Pattern Emporium and Closet Core. I tried several and none worked. Here are two of the ones I tried:
I am still unable to get any pictures on any patterns i have purchased over the last month or so. This is the latest one. I did email you previously regarding this problem. I have tried on bithe the app and web based to no avail.
It was saying it was an invalid url but it’s working for me now. I thought you had sprinkled your magic dust on it and was coming to thank you.
It doesn’t seem to be as good at getting the pictures as it used to be but it’s better.
A thought from left-field - if you’re having an issue are you using a link from your logged in account details? SH may not like that as it may need credentials. If you’re using a link for your emails or account, maybe try using the company website and see how that goes.
