Suggestion: Project Start Date

I couldn’t see this on the roadmap but would be interested if anyone else might find it useful when adding a start date on a project, that project should change to ‘In Progress’ automatically rather than staying in ‘Planning’.

It’s simple enough to change it manually, but probably 7/10 times I forget until I exit out and realise that new project I’ve just started isn’t in my ‘In Progress’ items as I forgot to change it… again .

I do the opposite: I put the project to “in progress” and the start date is filled in automatically.

I just tried it and it doesn’t do that on mine!

You’re right, I tried it again and it didn’t! Sorry I must have misremembered
