I’ve got some rolls of fabric, like faux leather and interfacing.
How to store those?
Rolls are different lengths.

I bought a laundry bag/box from IKEA tall and rectangular which fits in my cupboard for interfacing etc rolls. Fabric on rolls are in a wardrobe not in the sewing room.
The one I bought doesn’t seem to be available any longer but this one might work for you.

If the rolls are huge, like stabiliser, I cut off 10m or so at a time for my stash and have the rest in the loft until I need more.

Mine are all in a dustbin - new and clean of course! Easy to get from any DIY store.
