I’m on a mission this year to plough through my fabric by making it or destashing it by whatever means are available when I’m motivated to do that: swapping it, selling it, donating it. It would be very motivating to track the amount of fabric reduced each month. Have I missed a method to do that in the app. (I currently collate all the projects I’ve completed but I find keeping track of fabric lengths destashed in a given month is not so easy.)

I haven’t found anywhere in the app so I’m still keeping a spreadsheet for calculating ins and outs. I had the spreadsheet long before SH and really only keep it going for tracking ins and outs. I count it as Out as soon as it’s detached or cut. I don’t think SH records a cut date.
Improved statistics were on this year’s roadmap I think

Write down the total length of fabric on the 1st of each month.
Yep, we are planning to improve the Stash hub stats to make it easier to track total length over time. Not done it yet so you haven’t missed anything @Vintagepenny55. You could check the total length in stats and keep a record each month as @Lesley suggests. Or you can export your data as a CSV if you’re a spreadsheet diva and want to do your own analysis of your change over time.
