Slow Loading Images (Web Version)

I’ve been having trouble loading and uploading images on the web version for the last couple of days (app seems to be fine).
It’s happening on Chrome browser and it’s all of my fabric and pattern images (very slow to load), and when adding images to a project or inspiration from my hard drive I’m having to cancel out as it’s taking so long. It doesn’t seem to make a difference whether it’s a mobile photo file size or a screenshot.

Has anyone else got this same problem at the moment? I’ve tried the normal fix of rebooting!

It’s not happening for me. Is this the web version on your phone or on a desktop/laptop?

If it’s being slow, it sounds like a poor internet connection. Would you mind telling me your results of this speed test? https://www.speedtest.net/

Hi Doug, it’s web version via pc. Although it did it last night and today, it’s quite possible it was a connection blip as I’ve just run a speed test and it’s slower (but by no means slow) than usual. I’ve also just tried adding a photo to a project and of course it uploaded at normal speeds (always the way :grin: ).

I’ll give the router a reboot and see if that helps.

Those speeds look plenty for loading and uploading images. Let me know if you have issues again.
