Search across notions categories

I organized my notions into groups that made sense to me. But I sometimes want to look for a notion (often to find the location) and don’t remember what category I put it into. I can search within a notion category, but what I would like is to be able to search across all notions.

Right now, my workaround is to export all of the notions into a CSV file and then I’m able to search that file. That is a solution that is only as good as when the CSV file was last exported.

Is it possible to add a search within notions that searches across all the subcategories in notions?

Hi I don’t use notions much but I can see this as a great idea especially to search across notion types by colour.

I think having the ability to search across all notion types makes sense. However, I’d love to understand how you’ve set up your Notion Types, would you mind sharing your system?
