We moved into our new house last week and I finally have a dedicated sewing room. While not as large as I would like, it works well with all of the storage options I got from Ikea. My room now has 1 Kallax, 2 Billy shelves and 2 Alex drawer units.
I still have some arranging to do but this gives you the idea.

One additional thing. I planned to use some of the Alex drawers for thread. I just got that finished today. I cut peg board to fit the inside of the drawers and used 2" pegs for thread holders. This is the result: Three drawers of embroidery thread, 66 spools per drawer. (I do a lot of machine embroidery)
