Excited to share my latest make here! This is a True Bias Roscoe blouse in exclusive viscose from Sew Me Sunshine. This is one of my favourite patterns - it’s easy to fit, sews up quickly, doesn’t break up prints too much and is super comfy to wear. What a win!
I sewed it up during the VSR day with Virtual Sewing Room on Saturday. It was really lovely to have a whole day dedicated to sewing!

Ooh, what is the virtual sewing room?
They host regular Zoom sessions where everyone sews and chats together. It’s great fun. Here’s their website https://www.virtualsewingroom.com/

Very nice - In your stash only 7 days! That is awesome! I am curious, what is a VSR? (I am guessing by the name there is a conference call session going on?)
Exactly that! Visit the link in the comment above for more info. The next session is at 1pm GMT today.

Your blouse is beautiful! I’m not familiar with True Bias patterns, I’ll have to check them out.
Yesss you should! I’ve made a few of their patterns and they’re great. I’m actually wearing a full True Bias outfit in the pic as I’ve got the Dani pants on too. They’re the comfiest trousers ever!
@BlossomSandwich I’ve owned a paper copy of the Roscoe blouse/dress pattern for ages (still unmade

).
I’ve heard it comes up with a lot of wearing ease (12" / 30cm at the chest) & that many sewists size down by 1 or 2 when making it.
Q: Did you find that you wanted to size down at all
?
I’ve made three and never sized down (even in a cotton poplin). I tend to wear mine tucked in. Only change I’ve made in my newer version is to slightly raise the neck opening (bear in mind I’m 5’2 with a short torso).
My cotton Roscoe
Also for reference, I make a size 12. My measurements are B40 W32 H41 and the pattern size chart for that size is B39 W33 H41
