More Notion choices? [Types + Subtypes]

Can needles be added as a notion type? I tried using uncategorized but it’s still not a choice. And snaps?

You can add new notion types yourself.

I added one for my Green Machine dies, knit binding, interfacing (I think that was one I added but I could be misremembering). I think you could easily add needles and snaps, but some of the fields that are default may not be relevant.

Here’s my Notions Types - I haven’t used any of the suggested ones as I would be here for years adding in everything. I’m just adding in the things that are particularly helpful to me.

And a shout out to @cbullock for the suggestion about adding the green machine dies. Thank you.

I had to do the dies because I was always forgetting which parts went with which.

Here are my notions:

I have loads of bag making hardware in a little drawer unit, and I’ve considered adding those as well, but I have the unit clearly labelled so I haven’t worried about trying to do that yet. It would take all week.

@Angela yes, as @cbullock + @JD3205 have already mentioned above, you can add in a bunch of your own Notion Types .

There’s a tutorial here Adding Notions.

And, a YouTube video here How to Add a New Notion type to Stash Hub

Thank you all. I did attempt to look for a way to do this but didn’t notice it. Sorry about that. I’ll learn to look better before asking :innocent:

@Angela ask any question; you never know what the answer might inspire with how others are using the app. We all use software differently and have individual requirements.
