I’m a newbie and gradually loading my stash
Is there a reason why you can”manage” fabric type / colours/ design etc But not fabric composition?
Also when I do a search it doesn’t search the “manage” categories??

I’m not sure about Fabric Composition but Fabric Category is a fixed selection (and has been since inception).
Fabric Type = Broderie Anglaise, Chambray, Denim, Tweed, Jersey, Ponte Roma, Voile, Damask, etc. etc. (think the weave or structure of the fabric as it is manufactured)
Fabric Composition = Cotton, 95% Polyester + 5% Elastane, Linen, 100% Cashmere (think fibre content)
Fabric Category (the fixed, un-customisable drop down menu list) = Knit, Woven, Stretch Woven, Other
@jordie_tart It’s my guess that there is umpteen million different combinations of fibre content that you could add into Fabric Composition, therefore it’d likely make it a hard task to Mange the long list of entries in the data (@TheWizard)?
This is the reason. I don’t think it make sense to save inputs that could be so varied.
Currently, search only works for the name and fabric type. A more advanced search feature will be coming in the future
I’d like to be able to ‘manage’ my fabric compositions to standardise my inputs ( currently I have viscose / rayon / 100% viscose / 100% rayon / RAYON / VISCOSE etc etc and various other variations of the same thing
