I prefer to use the webpage (using safari) or app on my macbook due to bigger screen, but I have been having issues with magic input not working or adding the photos.
Currently it’s taking me 5 minutes and counting to add fabric ,the page just says Working Magic, but if i log in on my phone app, the fabric is added with no images,
It could be the pattern or fabric company website that’s the issue.
What is the pattern or fabric link?
Sorry fabrics, and it’s been different websites and I dont get the same issue with same links when using phone app. Just webpage and webapp
I’m able to reproduce the issue on Safari (it’s working fine on Chrome and Firefox). I’ll see what I can do. For now I’d suggest using the MacOS app.
I’m using the app on the iPhone and it usually works but it’s gone really slow. Sometimes it doesn’t bring the picture across.
