Sometimes Magiq Input just needs you to resubmit. I suspect it’s to do with the busyness of servers around the world. Often mine will go through in an immediate second attempt; sometimes I’ve had to wait a while and then try again.
I’ve not tried the pattern company you’re referring to but it could be their website isn’t Magic Input friendly.
If you can’t use the URL method, choose Text and copy in the text you want Magic Input to analyse. You’ll have to do the photos separately using the text method.

I’ve found the source of this issue. It’s actually nothing to do with Magic Input really. I’ll get a fix out soon and thanks for reporting this.
