Hi. Could you explain a bit more about what’s happening? Do you get to the page where you select the images?
Yes, the information is coming through from the website and I can select the images. I get the proforma of information that I can tailor/edit. It all looks good. Then when I go to my fabric catalogue it’s not showing. I’ve ensured all the filters are not activated. I’ve been into the App Store to see if I need an update. That’s all okay. I’ve tried a few times and the same thing happens. Thanks for your help
If you could email doug@stashhubapp.com with your userId (below the logout button) and the name of a fabric that isn’t showing I can look into it for you.
Just a thought- have you got a filter applied to your fabric catalogue that excludes the new fabric?
I had this issue when I was first entering all my stash- kept losing the Scraps😊
