Magic Input and Passwords not working

Hi All,
I’ve been working with Stashhub for a bit now, and I’m running into problems left and right. I’m using the web version on a Mac.

  1. I cannot add fabrics from a site I’ve been using since I first began years ago.
    I’m finding this occurs more and more over time.

  2. My normal Stash Hub sign-in doesn’t work to get onto this platform and I had to add an additional sign in to get into the forum.

Am I daft or whats going on?
Feeling frustrated and happy to hear any advice. TIA

I just had the same experience. Had to reset my password first. And also same problem with the magic input. Also using a Mac. Hopefully it will be fixed.

I didn’t think about resetting my password. I’ll try that too.

Please could you try using Magic Input again, I just made some changes.

Magic Input worked fine in general. But, it’s not picking up the correct photos from the page. I’ve just entered 5 onto my account, and three of the six imported incorrectly.

Magic didn’t pick up the main cream colored Fabric, nor the cross referenced ones at the bottom, but indeed some odd other ones??

The original is in French, and I use translate to English. Magic doesn’t pick up the translated info. Not a huge issue, I just manually translate. However, it would be nice if the system ‘could’ read the translated version at some point.

Thanks for the info about the different account systems, I was not aware of this.
