Tick Boxes During Bulk Uploading
Perhaps during the bulk-upload process there could be a tick 
box for Wishlist items and another for marking items that need more information added to them ?

Tick here to mark all current bulk upload items as “incomplete details” (later on this will allow you to quickly filter and select all of these new items together - so that you can complete adding as much information or pictures as you require).

Individual empty
box per bulk item so people can opt to individually mark an item (or select all/deselect one by one) ?
