How many projects?

I’m curious!
How many projects do you have in the pipeline? I’m so inspired to use up most of my stash now I have uploaded…So have I gone wild with planning or is this the average?

These are my stats. It’s satisfying to see how many projects I’ve completed! About a third of my fabrics have plans in Stash Hub. I’ve got quite a few remnants that I’ve already used for one project and need to come up with a plan to use the rest.

This is mine. Some get changed as time goes on. I only have 1 in progress as I like to concentrate on one at a time.

Agreed - yours would absolutely overwhelm me! It’s like when I visit a restaurant with too many items - choice anxiety.! Here is mine, very measured as otherwise I would stare at it on perplexity!

I love planning projects! For me, that’s part of the fun of sewing  I currently have 132 projects, 37 completed. And just because you plan something, doesn’t mean you can’t change your mind and do something else

Yes absolutely! I’m frequently adapting my priorities

Oh can certainly see that, I’m just a terrible one for analysis paralysis so I have to keep things sparse. Including my fabric and pattern stashes :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I thought I’d got a bit carried away with the planning, glad to see I’m not the only one! Having all my patterns & fabrics shown in one place is great for planning.

I love the Projects feature… It allows me to brain :brain: dump my ideas… so consequently my incomplete projects far outweigh the completed ones :joy::joy::joy:

Yes, the brain dump thing is great for me too! Otherwise I tend to just forget great ideas…

I always have a ton of projects in the pipeline. I would get so overwhelmed I wouldn’t work on them. So having the app has actually settled me down.

I try not to add too many to not overwhelm myself. But when I complete a project I add a couple of “wishlist” projects because I feel they’re more likely to get done now. That might only make sense to me

Yes brain dump!! I wonder if that would be helpful for me or overwhelming? I like the idea of being able to change the plan easily on the app.

Hi Cecile, what a relief to see your posting after I popped into Stash Hub to check my project stats. Too many ideas and not enough time but I’m not the only one! As @ClaireSews says, it allows me to brain dump my ideas (only for more to pop in). This has to be the best app ever.

Doesn’t seem mad to me

Yup! As I add fabric that I know what I want to do with it, I create a project the same day. I think I have like 41 as I add stuff in?
