I went to the first Berlin Frocktails in May while visiting my son. It was my first Frocktails event and I enjoyed it, despite not being able to speak German. Luckily, there were people who spoke English and French so I didn’t feel like “Billy No Mates” 
As I live in France, I couldn’t miss out going to Frocktails in Paris. A friend will be joining me this time which will be nice. We are going to stay in Paris for a few days so we can explore the fabric shops, haberdasheries etc., a couple of fashion expos and a few of the sights.
Are any Stash Hubbers going?

I was planning on making a 1930s dress in a lightweight silk satin but the pattern I wanted to use is a rare one and I can’t locate a copy. Always the way isn’t it? 
However, I bought a length of a vintage absract print silk at the weekend and this it’s from the 70s Haute Couture so might change tack and make a vintage 70s instead. I’m now going down that pattern rabbit hole.
