I really like to make these quick and easy bags for friends. This was my first time using different fabrics for the outside, but it works well with the embroidery. I used duck canvas on the bottom for extra strength and a lighter denim for the embroidered half.

I did for this. I would rather hand embroider if I have time.

My word, that’s absolutely gorgeous! I love the way you coordinated the color palette of the floral lining fabric with the lovely embroidery work on the exterior. Your friends are quite blessed to get these as gifts from you!
