I have made a toile for a project and created an extra ‘to do’ item for cutting and sewing my toile. The additional to do item isn’t linked to the fabrics assigned to the project so there is no automatic update of the fabric used. Is it possible to do this and update my calico amount via a project or do I need to do this manually?
Yo can add more than one fabric as you’ve probably worked out. To update each fabric make sure the Cut step is unchecked, then put your fabric quantities against the fabric and recheck Cut. You should get the option to update fabric status for all fabrics in the project.
I do toiles as a separate project in case it’s a no-go pattern😊

Thanks for your response. I will give this some more thought and see if I can come up with any alternative solutions. I separate project for a toile is an option as well.
Having thought about your feedback I think this is a great idea. I toile is really its own project and the content (adjustments, thoughts, etc) will likely apply to many ‘makes’ resulting from the toile. Really appreciate your wisdom on this.
