I purchased this fabric on Facebook Marketplace in 2023. I love original vintage fabric but normally yardage is short and insufficient for a dress. In this case I picked up almost 4 metres of this narrow vintage cotton. This fabric is my colours.
I’ve been holding onto it for a while, waiting for the perfect pattern, and having made the Anni Bodice from Charm Patterns previously, I felt the lines were perfect for this precious fabric.
I had the coordinating ricrac and buckle in my stash. In fact, I had everything I needed, including zip and thread.
