I have a fabric I got on sale, not sure what I want to make with it. Then I thought, wouldn’t it be great if I could search suggested fabrics over all my patterns and it would pop up what patterns call for that fabric. Is that already possible?
I raised this in general as interested to know how others are adding machine needles in the app. I sew with alot of different fabric types and weights and i am diligent about replacing needles frequently so of course i have a stash of needles in different sizes and different types. Could notions be expanded to cover this. Would be really useful to list what needle was used in each project, to help track when it should be changed. Also the fabrics that certain needles are suited to. Microtex / Sharps are purple size 70 is green 80 is orange and so on. Enough waffle from me.
Is there a way to search the suggested fabrics of all my patterns when I have a type of fabric, ie…I have silk 2 yds, is it possible to search silk 2 yards and it will show me all the patterns that use silk and can be made with 2 yards?
