I started sewing at school where I made an apron (of course!), a dress in a 60s jungle print viscose and a towelling dressing gown. I made the occasional dresses for my daughters.
I started quilting about 1995 and then sewing my own clothes about 2020. I sew mainly for myself but occasionally for a gift. I enjoy sewing costumes for school dramas for my grandchildren
