# Preparing fabric

I’m in a creative slump so I’m taking the opportunity to wash as many of my fabrics as possible while we have the good weather. I have several pieces of denim and corduroy in my stash which have been there for a few years - usually because I forget to wash them until I want to use them.

Fortunately I can filter the unwashed fabrics in Stash Hub to make the task easier.

Whenever my “_sewjo_” wanes I find looking through my stash of fabrics and patterns gets the 'ol creative juices flowing 😂. Used to do it by rummaging around my sewing room, now its easier on my phone 📱 on the app 👍🏼. I usually end up creating a bunch more “_Just an idea_” Projects afterwards 😉.
