@CassieRae currently the app doesn’t update Notion quantities once they’ve been used in a Project (e.g. 2 buttons used, 7 remaining leftover etc.) - but Doug @TheWizard has it on Roadmap for the future = ‘Update amount of notion used when project is complete’
