This is a free pattern downloaded from Rowans website. I love it! I learnt to knit in October/November 2024 at a class by Lucy Picksley (also on Sewing Street) at the Sew Pretty Sew Mindful Creative Wellness Hub. That looks great. I’ve recently started knitting too. I have lots of stash from when I did crochet but she zi started dressmaking I stopped. ---

I love the look of crochet but havent had the inclination to learn yet. Im sure the bug will bite one day! ---

this is your FIRST SWEATER??? dang donna!! gorgeous. is it the right weather where you are, to wear it? i hope so! also single sock syndrome is super common, if you didn’t know then now you know you’re not alone. there are a couple ways to prevent it if you want to chat about that! ---

Yep, my 1st. I learnt to knit 7 months ago. I started on socks! I have been told about second sock syndrome but am yet to experience it. Sadly, ‘no’ as regards to the weather. The UK is very hot right now! ---

I love that jersey & as an avid knitter some might say obsessed I’m away to look on the Rowan page for the pattern. Have you discovered knitting in the round for jerseys no sewing up is such a game changer on knitwear ---

I love to knit in the round. I’m currently knitting the Storm Sweater by Petite Knits which is done in the round once the front and back yokes are done. It’s easier for my brain, especiallywhen theres a chart/pattern involved! ---
