Creating records for sewing machines

I have a few sewing machines.
Is there a clean way to save a record for each of those so that I end up with a record for each piece of equipment. I like to have easy access to the model numbers and manuals just in case I happen across spare parts etc.
I’ve been saving the details as notions. Is there a better way?

Notions is what I would suggest. You can enter links in the description/notes fields so you can easily link to your manuals.

@JAH following on from @BlossomSandwich’s suggestion

I’d recommend uploading digital (PDF file?) copies of your sewing machine manuals to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox etc. then you can use a link :link::computer_mouse: directly to your personal file copy of the guide book/ instruction manual (without the worry that the link on say the manufacturer’s website disappearing :joy:).

This :backhand_index_pointing_up:t3: is what I often do in relation to my personal digital copies of my sewing pattern PDF files (I upload them to Google Drive + create a link to the PDF file in the Notes field of my pattern record).
