I re-tested the Pattern-Project bug by duplicating a Project, saving it and went to look at the Pattern record immediately afterwards. The new duplicated Project does not 
correctly appear at the bottom of the Pattern records - but if I exit the app, and relaunch it then it suddenly is there .
